Cover Opinion:
I personally really love covers that have something to do with the comic itself. I definitely enjoy this one the best. The dark colors contrast with Bison's Psycho Hand is pretty awesome. Plus Chun-Li's in the right outfit.

Cover Opinion:
I personally like this, it's more of a 4 to me, but I can't give away too many 4's, it won't have a meaning. Haha. These three are definitely great. There is a shadow in the figure giving some sort of depth, wonderful.
Artist: Shinkiro
Cover: Special Power-Cel
Print: Special Edition Limited
Cover Opinion:
WOW. These two look extremely real! This is amazing. While I like anime-inspired interpretations, this one is AMAZING. Both characters look extremely real, and the coloring is a WOW. Though, a little plain.

Introduction: Sagat arrives to inform Ryu about what Shadaloo plans on doing with Bison. Charlie becomes confused at what has happened to him. Charlie meets with Guile and Chun-Li to tell them about Shadaloo. Suddenly Bison shows up, it's a three on one battle. Will Bison crush them or will they survive? Who is this mysterious power that Ryu asks to show up? This power-packed issue is bound to change things in this Street Fighter storyline forever!

Synopsis: Beginning with Charlie, he wonders what has happened with him. Sagat shows up and Ryu battles with Sagat. Sagat later stops fighting, to warn Ryu about Bison and his intentions. Sakura and Kei arrive a few miles from the Miyazaki Shrine. Charlie comes to see Guile and Chun-Li explaining everything that he's learned, including Chun-Li's father's death. Soon, Bison shows up shooting at Charlie, who is now presumed dead. It's a two on one battle with Chun-Li and Guile against Bison. It seems to be the end for Guile and Chun-Li until Charlie fires a Sonic Boom at Bison. Claiming that the experiment on Charlie did indeed work. Charlie and Bison fight it out both using Psycho Power. At the end, Charlie decides to use a last resort move, the Somersault Crusher. Charlie falls to the ground with Bison falling also. Chun-Li and Guile wonder if it is truly the end of the fight. While at the Miyazaki Shrine, Ryu senses a strong presence, and tells them to show their face. The mysterious presence is shown to be...Akuma.

Conclusion:
Wow, this time, I think Cammy is looking better and better every time. For the first thing, I'm surprised to see that Sagat was actually a neutral party. Not necessarily a bad guy. Now, what I really like, is that they focused on Charlie a lot. Charlie is an awesome character, he came back to life a couple times, and this is a great way to do it. Though this ending is reminiscent of one of the Street Fighter Alpha endings, we know that you can't necessarily assume he has died. Good thing at that, maybe we can see the real death of Charlie in an upcoming issue if he is still alive.

With everything that's happened, it must be hard to find a negative thing about the issue, right? Not really. When you compare the fact that in the back up issue from when Chun-Li and Cammy fought, they looked entirely young. Yet, now we know that it was not that long ago. Art style...art style. As we see, unless Chun-Li's father has been alive for years while captured by Bison, then the storyline would make sense. Yet, if it was younger, than I'm not really sure. Since in official storylines, Gen also taught Chun-Li how to fight. Who knows, I find a negative for everything. It's still a four-star comic.

Well, it seems like that wraps up the Interpol/US Mission. As Bison is presumed to be gone. What is left other than Ryu. A great thing about Udon and writer Ken Siu-Chong is that they're are able to piece together everything together to the main storyline. As noticed, Sakura is there when Ryu calls out for the strong presence. It's an amazing way to get Sakura and Ryu to meet. Now, the next issue that concludes the arc!
